Stephanie Beriones

Stephanie began her career in fitness as a personal trainer and competitive cheer and tumbling coach in 2007 after graduating from the University of Texas at Austin with a B.S. in Kinesiology. She is passionate about helping others achieve their fitness goals and values the meaningful relationships she builds with her clients. In 2013, Stephanie was diagnosed with MALT Lymphoma and Sjögren’s Syndrome - amidst prepping for a fitness competition. She knows first-hand the positive impact fitness can have in facing the challenges life presents and that goals may still be achieved though obstacles seem to be in the way. Stephanie is blessed to be a wife, and mother to two boys, and enjoys spending time with her family outside the gym.

I am an ACE certified personal trainer and nutrition coach. I have been professionally training since 2020 but have been passionate about fitness and health since high school. My goal as a trainer is to help people achieve their best fitness and nutrition lifestyles for long term results. Derek Flora

Derek is a husband and father of three beautiful girls! He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Prairie View A&M University where he also played collegiate basketball. Derek had a short stint playing basketball professionally before going into education. In addition to being a personal trainer, nutrition specialist, and earning his certification through ISCA, Derek is also a teacher as well as a football and basketball coach. He has a wide range of clientele from middle aged men and women that want to get in shape and reach their fitness goals, to middle school and high school athletes. Derek has a passion for motivating others and helping them achieve their goals. He takes pride in giving his clients the tools needed to lead a healthy lifestyle.


Gabriel Robles

I have been a NASM Certified Personal Trainer since 2012 and previously worked in sports performance and functional programming for everyday athletes. I pride myself on being professional, passionate and results focused using custom programs and methods designed for each individual’s needs. I help my clients master basic functional movements to improve their strength and fitness and to build a foundation for further gains. Whether your goals are functional, weight loss or performance based, my goal is to help create lasting changes that reflect a healthy lifestyle.

Although I truly enjoy celebrating my clients milestones, my most profound accomplishment is building my family with my wife Angela and being a father to two beautiful children – with another one on the way. As a married couple, we’ve turned fitness into a lifestyle and together have competed and placed in natural bodybuilding competitions.

Tiffany Flora

Tiffany is a wife and mother of 3 girls! She graduated from Prairie View A&M University with a Bachelors in Kinesiology. She then became a Teacher and Basketball/Track coach for 12 years. She competed back in 2015/2016, winning her PRO card and from there Overall PRO world champion in Musclemania Natural Promotions Organization. While competing in shows she started personal training and became certified through ISCA. She knew that was her passion and fell in love with it. She retired from teaching and is now a full time mom and personal trainer. She truly enjoys helping others reach their goals. Her clientele is very diverse from middle aged women, just wanting to be overall healthy, to women that want to compete and young athletes!

I have been training clients for 8 years. I’ve transformed many clients bodies and lives through my training/lifestyle protocols. My specialties are building muscle for men/women and losing body fat for men/women.

Jessica Troiano

As a health, fitness, and nutrition coach with over 10 years of experience, I am ready to help you tackle your goals and achieve sustainable and long-lasting results. I have worked with people from many different backgrounds and ages to create plans for them to get stronger, look better, and feel healthier. My approach to fitness is not about a quick fix or a magic pill -- I am committed to helping my clients make everyday, attainable changes that lead to a healthier lifestyle. Whether you are looking to overcome an injury, learn proper form for exercises, lose weight, learn how to eat nutritiously without over-restricting, or get stronger without over-training, I can create an individualized plan with measurable results. I am certified through NASM and have a Bachelor of Science in nutrition from the University of Texas at Austin and am continuously learning more to help my clients look and feel their best.

Bonnie Lynn

Bonnie Lynn is a Certified Fitness Professional who works with a wide variety of clients to help them achieve their healthiest and happiest life possible through safe, effective exercise programming and proper nutrition education.

Bonnie considers her greatest accomplishment to be guiding her own father’s post-chemotherapy treatment and stroke rehabilitation. With her focus on customized training and nutrition he was not only able to learn to walk again, but to live a healthy, active and productive lifestyle for many years afterward. She works with clients locally and nationwide to help them reach their goals from weight loss and body recompositioning, post-rehabilitative strengthening, or establishing a healthy lifestyle through sustainable methods.

Bonnie holds certifications from NASM and Baylor Sports Medicine, with specialty certifications in MMA Conditioning, Golf Specific Training, and Behavioral Change. She has worked in the medical field alongside some of the top orthopedic surgeons and rehabilitative specialists in the country, though returned to fitness as her true passion to help others find their own path to a healthy lifestyle.

Bonnie holds a Bachelors of Science in Nutritional Sciences and Dietetics from Texas A&M University.

When not in the gym, Bonnie and her husband Tatum enjoy volunteering with local dog rescue organizations through fundraising and fostering animals in need. They have four rescue dogs: Harley, Missy, Roscoe and Bentley.
