Meet our trainers
When I was medically discharged from the Marine Corps in 2008 I found a strong passion for fitness. I furthered my knowledge and education by becoming certified to share my passion with clients, regardless of age. I am able to tailor workout plans and services based on individual needs. I specialize in high volume workouts with relatively low weight, to ensure proper form to reduce the possibility of injury.

Personal Interest: I am a wife and mother to my 3 kids. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I love fitness and strength training.
My fitness journey began in 2003 after the birth of my daughter. Being a participant in group fitness classes led me to obtaining my group fitness certification in 2004 and eventually certifying in Personal Training in 2006. My love of helping others combined with my fitness knowledge and experience allows me to not only train clients to help improve their physical fitness, but also allows me to help them build confidence from the inside; improving their mental fitness. I work with clients of all ages and fitness levels. I also enjoy training partners and small groups of people. Working with me adds accountability to your exercise routine and adding a partner or a few other people adds another level of accountability while creating fitness relationships along the way. I am a mother of 3 wonderful, smart, talented, beautiful children (Blake 18 – Alabama University, Kiley 17 – Cosmetology student; Senior in High School, Peyton 12 – lover of all sports). In my spare time, I am finishing my bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration – Spring 2021 and hope to attend nursing school after. I also enjoy traveling, spending time with friends, running, watching my kids’ sports, shopping with my daughter and spending time with my husband, Chad. I look forward to helping you begin, elevate, and continue your fitness journey.
