Rise Gym, LLC ("Rise Gym," "we," "us") operates the 24/7 gym at 11703 Spring Cypress Rd, Tomball, TX 77377 and the website www.risegymtx.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website, request a day pass, contact us, apply for a job, or sign up for a membership, and how we use and share it. It also covers the emails, texts, and calls we exchange with you.

Information we collect
Information you give us
Contact and inquiry forms: your name, email address, phone number, the services you're interested in, and your message.
Day pass and trial requests: your name, email address, phone number, and anything you choose to tell us about your goals.
Membership sign-up and check-in (through our membership platform, GymMaster): your name, contact details, date of birth, emergency contact, membership and billing details, signed waivers and agreements, and your visit history. Payment card details are collected and processed by GymMaster and its payment processor; we do not store full card numbers on our website.
Job applications: your name, contact details, message, and the resume you upload.
Other communications: anything you include when you email, text, call, or message us on social media, or when you leave a review.
Information collected automatically
When you visit our website, we and our service providers collect information about your device and how you use the site: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, links clicked, the page that referred you, approximate location, and the date and time of your visit. We collect this with cookies, pixels, and similar technologies, including:
Squarespace (our website host): site functionality and basic visitor analytics.
Google Ads tag: measures whether our ads lead to visits and form submissions, and may be used to show you Rise Gym ads on Google and its partner sites (remarketing).
Meta Pixel: measures the results of our Facebook and Instagram ads and may be used to show you Rise Gym ads on Meta platforms.
Embedded content from Google Maps and Instagram, which may set their own cookies.
Information from other sources
If you submit a lead form in one of our Facebook, Instagram, or Google ads, that platform sends us the information you entered (typically your name, email, and phone number) so we can follow up with you. We may also receive information from our membership platform, our payment processor, or public sources such as review sites.
How we use information
Respond to your inquiry, schedule your day pass or visit, and follow up with you.
Create and manage your membership, check-ins, billing, and account.
Send service messages about your membership, account, class schedule, closures, or facility updates.
Send marketing about memberships, classes, events, and offers by email or text, where permitted and until you opt out.
Consider your job application.
Understand how people use our website and ads so we can improve them.
Protect the safety and security of our members, staff, facility, and systems; prevent fraud; and enforce our agreements.
Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number, we may call or text you about your request, day pass, or membership. If you opt in to marketing texts, message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. You can also email info@risegymtx.com. We do not share your mobile number or your text opt-in consent with third parties for their own marketing.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only:
With service providers that work on our behalf: website hosting and forms (Squarespace), membership management and billing (GymMaster), payment processors, email and text messaging providers, and cloud storage and productivity tools (Google). They may use your information only to provide services to us.
With advertising and analytics partners (Google and Meta) through the cookies and pixels described above. Under some state laws this counts as "sharing" for targeted advertising; you can opt out as described below.
When required by law, such as in response to a subpoena or court order, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of our members, staff, or others.
In a business transaction, such as a sale, merger, or reorganization of our business.
At your direction or with your consent.
H.I.R.T. Physical Therapy operates inside Rise Gym as a separate business with its own privacy practices. Information you give H.I.R.T. is not covered by this policy.
Cookies and your choices
Browser settings: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some site features may not work without them.
Google: manage personalized ads at adssettings.google.com. Learn how Google uses data from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
Meta: manage how Meta uses information from businesses in your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences at facebook.com/adpreferences.

Do Not Track / Global Privacy Control: our website does not currently respond to these browser signals. Use the opt-outs above instead.
Email and texts: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or reply STOP to any text.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us to tell you what personal information we have about you, correct it, delete it, give you a copy of it, or stop using it for targeted advertising. To make a request, email info@risegymtx.com with "Privacy request" in the subject line, or call (281) 702-4262. We will verify your identity by matching the details you provide against our records and respond within the time required by law (generally within 45 days). If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our response. We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights. Some information may be exempt, for example records we must keep for billing, legal, or safety reasons.
Children
Our website is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. Minors may use the gym only under our membership rules, with a parent or guardian present to sign the waiver, and we collect their information from the parent or guardian. If you believe a child under 13 has given us information through our website, email us and we will delete it.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes above: inquiries and day pass requests for as long as it is useful to follow up with you, and membership records for the length of your membership plus the period required for tax, legal, and dispute purposes. After that we delete or anonymize it.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. Our website is hosted by Squarespace and served over HTTPS, and membership and payment data are handled by GymMaster and its payment processor. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Links to other sites
Our website links to third-party sites and services, including the GymMaster member portal, Facebook, Instagram, and Google Maps. Their privacy policies govern your use of those services.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date, and for significant changes we may also notify members by email or with a notice on our website.
