This HYROX class is limited to a max of 8 athletes to ensure you get individualized attention, clear coaching, and focused feedback every session. Each class blends HYROX-specific movements with functional strength work that directly transfers to race day performance. Perfect for beginners preparing for their first race or experienced athletes looking to level up their performance.
