After a 25-year career in finance, I made the decision to follow my true passion—helping others live healthier, stronger, and more balanced lives. I know firsthand how challenging it can be to prioritize your health while managing a demanding career, which is why my husband, Josh, and I created Stoic Fitness and Nutrition. Together, we guide busy professionals toward taking back control of their health with sustainable fitness and nutrition strategies.
I'm a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and a 200-Hour RYT Certified Yoga Instructor. At Rise Gym, I lead yoga classes that are focused on building strength, enhancing mobility, and supporting recovery. My approach blends physical training with mindfulness to help clients not just move better, but feel better.
In 2023 and 2024, I stepped on stage to compete in the NPC Wellness Division—a journey that completely reshaped how I see myself and what I’m capable of. Competing helped me break through the limiting beliefs I had about my body and its potential. I’m living proof that it’s never too late to get strong, feel confident, and get in the best shape of your life—yes, even in your 40s.
Outside the gym, I love spending time with my family—Josh, our amazing daughter who attends Texas Tech, and our three sweet dogs. I also enjoy being in my garden, where I find peace, creativity, and a little dirt therapy.
